Vom 23.-25. Januar nahmen Ulrich Kühn und Wolfgang Zellner an der Konferenz zu "Status-neutral cooperative security measures in the European context" in Wilton Park teil. Kühn referierte zum Thema "Concrete measures" und Zellner trug zum Thema "Status-neutral confidence building" vor.
